「We love the 2 big rooms connected as one big house. We love the woody property that is very close to downtown Mendocino. Very quiet and safe. The unit that we got needs a few upgrades. The carpet has to go. The other units have hardwood floors. The wifi is weaker at night, u cant watch anything. 「Grounds are beautiful. Almost every room has a fairly open view of the ocean. There are plenty of chairs spread around the grounds for relaxing with a glass of wine. The rooms are tastefully done and have very comfortable beds and linens. The restaurant attached to the property has a somewhat limited menu but everything we got tested great. Hope to come back again someday! 」

You can tell the owners take pride in their property. There was a bar/grill next door with a gorgeous view of the ocean, a convenience store next to that and I'll will stay with them next time we go thru San Simeon.
