"The room was clean and updated. Staff was friendly and hotel felt safe. My only suggestion would be to have better blackout drapes because everything so well lit for safety the room wasn't very dark at night, we had to put something over our eyes. "

"Seabird is at the southend of Ft. Bragg on Hwy 1 (PCH). The property is older maybe built in the 70's or 80's. It is well maintained. Checkin was very good and the reception staff kind of worked off a script. Every checkin is the same. We booked a room with a king size bed and a balcony with a view of the ocean, although maybe a quarter mile away. There is an indoor pool and a restaurant across the parking lot that is part of the property. There is also a few gas stations and small stores very close. This stretch of PCH has a few beaches (glass beach) and state parks. The Seabird is know for their breakfast and it didn't disappoint. They have a nice size dedicated room just for this. They offered anything you can have for breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, etc) and they were cooked on the spot and fresh. It was excellent. Overall I would recommend staying here and I would do it again. "
