「Had a very pleasant stay. Quiet, clean, excellent breakfast, and a nice touch of a classic and modern aesthetics. The front desk staff was a little bland in terms of their personality and energy which seemed to reflect being on auto pilot. Not much enthusiasm but they were not rude in any way shape or form. Just wished the personality of the front desk staff matched the vibrancy and elegance of the hotel. 」
「We were quite disappointed on our stay here. The room was clean, though the floor was dusty and not at all clean.
We booked this place and my son was very much looking forward to using the swimming pool. When we checked in and asked, the staff told us that the pool is open now. Then we went into the room, changed to the swimming outfit and headed to the pool - it was closed.
They were working on the carpool, so we had to park our car far from our room.
