the room itself was a standard simple one bed small room with a shower and a dresser and a little fridge and microwave. and that's really all i need. so for the price, the bed was totally clean and cozy to sit in and sleep on. the motel is located in a terrific area of Ukiah and easy to get to everything. the only issue is the night life. management is very aware of the night time issue but hasn't hired anyone to patrol the area to keep the wanderers from knocking on people's doors, particularly in the back of the motel. maybe in the front rooms it is better? it's so much less than the other motels that it's worth checking out. and, if on a weekend and you in the back, keep your windows closed and use the fan or whatever you need.

Staff was amazing from start to finish. Great price. There are a few characters in the area , but they stay to themselves and don’t bother anyone. If you are looking for an affordable spot with a great accommodating staff check it out.

Room was clean, at least to the eye, that’s about all though. Granted it was a cheap motel for one night but it was a rough night. The first staff member we encountered was super rude and not helpful at all. Exterior was dirty and had a couple broken items in the room. Will try to avoid ever going back. There are other motel in the same price range I will be trying next time.

Fantastic staff

Front desk staff person went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the room - I appreciate her extra effort! One bed was comfortable enough, but the other one was uncomfortable and made a lot of noise any time we moved on it.

Very disappointing stay. The hotel was extremely noisy, with young guests partying all night and no staff intervention. The cleanliness was really poor – the sheets were stained and yellowed, the floor was very dirty, and there were only two towels provided for a room of four people. On the positive side, there is a restaurant next door that is very good and worth trying. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel.

Property ok, was reasonably clean and well maintained. Cigarette butts on the staircase. Ice machines (neither one) working. Door to room had a large vertical gap its whole length, and the lock set was very suspect. Light in shower not working, sink faucet was loose. Bed was decent, very thin blanket/ cover.

Stayed here one night with my partner & dog. This place was acceptable for an short stay. Many other reviews complained about 'unsavory characters' hanging around in the parking lot, so many reviews mentioned this that I was hesitant to book, but we didn't encounter this during our stay. The parking lot and immediate area out front of the hotel were quiet & we only really saw other hotel guests there. The property outside was pretty clean, but our room was a different story. Floors were dirty, bed linens had small stains, found part of a joint in between the phone & the phone reciever which was wild, & there was a large suspiciously blood-like stain on the curtain, but there were no bugs & everything in the room was functional so, like I said, acceptable for a short stay. Wifi was good enough for video streaming.

Be Forewarned!

I was looking for an inexpensive overnight for a work trip. This was the cheapest but I got what I paid for…this hotel is at the bottom tier of acceptible options. Room was dirty (see photos), really worn out, threadbare sheets with stains, floor had stains? And I didn’t want to walk barefoot. Walls are very thin and the person above me was banging around at 230a and I heard everything. Neighborhood is sketchy as f$&k with homeless? Wandering around and sitting in parking lot. They recommend using deadbolt on the door and I did, but was worried about someone wanting to break into my car all night. Do yourself a favor and book any other option. On the one positive note, the front desk staff was pleasant.
I don’t want to think about what this is….
