"We visited for our annual girl’s wine trip.The location was great and close to the santa rosa airport. We loved that each room in an en suite and the beds were comfortable. Neighborhood is quaint and quiet. Cynthia is a wonderful host. She was helpful answering any questions we had prior to our stay.I recommend this lovely property. "

"Be sure to read the listing carefully...There is NO working AC unit and it was 80 degrees in the house at 5pm!The bike yard is a small patio, very sunny.Carpets are dirty/stained.There's ample dishes available .Bathrooms were clean.Third bedroom is a couch that folds to a bed but needs a foam mattress to be comfortable. The room does work as a kid corner to watch a movie, but right next to the stairs, so not exactly safe for a 2 year old to be next to...All in all, I feel for the price, I would have opted for a hotel"
