"We stayed at the Carriage House. The grounds are very nice there. Check in was friendly and fine. There was no offer of help with the luggage. Great location in Santa Rosa, very walkable. You get some road noise but not much. Our room was lovely. There is always coffee and bottled water in the hotel proper. We stayed for 5 days and only had housekeeping once. Honestly, the cleaning job was underwhelming. Only one set of towels per person (2) was left. Even though I took out all the decaf they put decaf back and only left one day's worth of real coffee kcups. The toilet and sink did not look thoroughly cleaned. My side of the bed was worn and sloping. The restaurant adjoining the hotel really has no relationship to the hotel so no room service or charging food to your room. However, we hit Grossman's one afternoon wanting something to drink and stumbled into their happy hour and it was a great deal!"
