「Very well designed, but also rather small rooms. We didn't have a parking spot, but there was no difficulty parking on the street. Easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. All in all, we had a very nice stay.」

「I hate to be grumpy but this really was the worst experience I've had in Guerneville. People were partying until past 1:00am a few feet from our sleeping tent. There was no staff to ensure quiet hours (not sure if quiet hours even exist). I really don't mind people having fun but it was impossible to sleep for two nights in a row. It really did ruin the trip. I complained. They said the management would call. They never did. I stayed there because it was a bit cheaper than other places...
