「Amazing area, amazing property, outstanding hosts!」

「Lovely home in a quiet place. The house was very cold when we arrived (54 F) and it took a while to heat up. Once the bedroom doors are closed, the rooms stop being heated up by the living room heater. The duvets were very warm so that helped for the nights. And once the house gets warmer, it's spacious, cozy and well equipped. Location is great as well, close to Mendocino. We overall had a comfortable stay and would recommend!」

「Really is close to shopping and coastal trails yet quiet and scenic. Easy kitchen and large living room makes staying at a hotel pointless.」

「That cabin was awesome! It was quiet and relaxed. The cabin had everything we needed and more, including WiFi! The outdoor show was nice and a great way to wake up in the morning. Would definitely stay here again. We loved everything about this cabin」

「Overall a great stay. Small kitchen, but that wasn't a concern for us. We used and enjoyed the hot tub. For some parties it may be an issue that you have to talk through one bedroom to get to the other.」

This is the perfect place to stay with extended family as there are 2 properties but also plenty of space to socialized together. 「Many pros to our stay…Large picture windows in living and dining rms with lovely ocean view. The well stocked kitchen was appreciated. Enough chairs for everyone around the dining room table. Large shower in front bathroom very nice. Loved the hot tub on the back deck. Cons…fireplace is the main sort of heat but just a very few sticks of kindling to start fire. First morning my husband had to chop more kindling in overgrown backyard. Hauled Lg pieces of wood from this area. A short time later he...

「My husband and I stayed here for our wedding and it was perfect! There was so much room and natural light (everything I could want in a home!). The view of the ranch across the street and the ocean were a nice treat. The location was great, close to Fort Bragg and Mendocino. The only issue we had was the cleaning person was there, mopping the floors, 15 min after check in. I was incredibly anxious to check in so I could hang up my dress, so it was a little weird to have the person still there...
