Such a fun place to visit. The tents were nice, beds were comfortable and they even had individual fire pits. Can’t wait to visit again.

Pool was out of action pool guy was off. Microwave was not working but the worst was the staff going home at night leaving campers without any recourse in an emergency. Our last night there we were the only campers there ( this was end of August) no staff in sight. All gates into the place was left unlocked and some open. Lots of vagrants around. Felt very unsafe, being we were in tents. Will not be visiting again.

It was great service. They let us park there too before and after check out and held our stuff in lobby too. Tent was clean. Pool was nice but we didn’t use it . I liked the location too. We walked everywhere. Grounds were pretty.

What an incredible Guerneville gem - centrally located, but hidden away… An understated glamping experience, with everything you could possibly want, and amazingly helpful staff.

Visited for the first time with 6 of my girlfriends and had the best experience. Property is perfectly located, staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. We will continue to visit in the future and pass the word out. Cheers to 2026!

We had a great time. I found this spot unexpectedly when I wanted to have a weekend at the River. We were so surprised at how much fun we had. We loved the tents and the pool. We will be visiting again!!!

I had a great get away in my canvas cabin with queen bed. It was a working retreat for me and the internet connection was reliable. The bed and furniture were very comfortable. The electric blanket kept me warm. I enjoyed a dip in the pool and comfortable lounge chairs after poolside. Ill be back another time hopefully soon.

Overall, I had a great stay at Surrey Resort and would consider staying here again. Check-in was easy, and my tent was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I especially appreciated the electric blanket, which made for a cozy night's sleep. The location is another major highlight. It's an easy walk to Guerneville's Main Street, and the resort itself has a peaceful, pleasant setting that made it easy to relax. My only disappointment was the pool and hot tub. I wasn't able to enjoy the pool during my visit, and while the hot tub was warm, the jets were not operating. If those amenities were fully functional, the experience would have been even better. Overall, it's a unique, comfortable place to stay in a great location, and I'd be happy to return.

The staff is incredible. Hard workers, wearing many hats to keep the place running. I recommend bringing bug spray and noise cancelling headphones. If you’re near the communal fire pit, it gets noisy.

excellent for walking distance to town. Our tent was off the side of the pool so with the doors open, we looked at a building. Liked the fire option, but unfortunately, although the bundle of wood was great because it was oak, it was impossible to start without kindling.
