「We stayed at first floor with ocean view. Parking is small but enough. This hotel faces on the ocean so it is convenient to walk to the bridge. But this area is similar to Montrey but very cold in May. This town is very small so only limited choice of the restaurant and it looks pricy.」
「The only reason I gave cleanliness a 3 is because house keeping doesn’t clean the room during your stay. I prefer places that offer daily housekeeping service. The front office staff was very friendly and even offered a few dining recommendations during our stay with them. The mattresses in our room could use some updating due to a bit of sagging in the middle of the bed as I’m sure they have a busy location. Other than that the stay was pleasant 」

「What a great place. The owners were friendly and greeted us with chocolate chip cookies. The room was super clean and the grounds well taken care of. You can tell the owners take pride in their property. There was a bar/grill next door with a gorgeous view of the ocean, a convenience store next to that and I'll will stay with them next time we go thru San Simeon. This place is a gem and highly recommend staying here.」

It’s in walking distance from a pizza place and a couple other restaurants, which was nice to not have to drive. But during the night around 2 am there seem to be a little party outside our door but didn’t seem to last long as it dissipated in a short time.
