"We enjoyed our stay! Bed was very comfortable and we slept well. There was a fireplace in our room which was an unexpected treat. The staff was very welcoming and made us delicious breakfast burriots/bowls. This is an old house - at least 110 years old, updated but with the expected older windows frames, plumbing, etc. We didn't mind though. Will be back next time through Fort Bragg!"

Glass beach - Fort Bragg. More of a small cove than a beach, not a spectacular find a little different and quirky however. I found it to be an amusing irony if anything. In the past they decided to take the easy option and dump their rubbish and glass in the ocean, which has long since been banned. The sea and wave action has since polished all the glass and it has become a tourist attraction. Despite it not being allowed tourists flock to the location and take a few home as a souvenir to the point now where the authorities are considering adding recycled glass to keep the location viable. Nature's own recycling program in action. #blue
