"The staff had a very high work ethics. The room was clean and the cleaning crews were working diligently. I loved the location where was very convenient to take the city train system. The only thing I did not like was: a man’s hot spring was much bigger and had 4-5 kinds of hot tubs. In contrary, a female had only one hot tub. "

"The breakfast was delicious and had a huge variety. Parking is available on site. The rooms are comfortable. I didn’t use the hot spring facilities so I cannot comment."

It was clean (no shoes, tatami mats everywhere), quiet rooms and nicely laid out (missing heated toilet seats) big room for Japan standards . Love the treats after onsen experience (ice cream and noodles). App staff we encourage there’s were very helpful and pleasant."
