They fall short in some minor ways, door lock with ten digit code problematic, no ice, ice maker or ice trays, ac thermostat programming difficult, ladies bike kickstand needed repair, no kleenix, tv too small, broken clothes rod in entry closet, poorly equipped kitchen, Master bathroom sink very slow drain. Positives were cleanliness, furnishings, bedding, towels, location. Could not get a straight answer on boat dock from VRBO or Vacasa. All these or minor...

"Great location. Quiet condo omplex during our stay. Short walk to the fishing pier and right by the pool. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Quick communication from the host. Only thing id suggest to the property manager of the complex not the condo itself would be trash cans throughout the peir at the stopping points."

"I really like the set up of this place. Very clean. Bed was comfortable and had 4 nice beds. I only have one problem with place. A/C thermostat. Need to stay where you set it. You pay for place to stay you should be able to place ac on setting you like and it stay. Other than that good place."

"This place was so cute and very private. We really enjoyed how secluded it was and the views of the water. It had all the amenities we needed including a washer and dryer which was nice. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but we managed. It was easy for us to take our disabled dog outside since it was a first floor condo."

"Great location and amenities over all stay was great and the communication was great with the booking manager. When we first arrived there was a horrible smell in side the place. We bought air fresheners and dealt with it due to us not being in there other than showering and sleeping. We should have notified the booking manager sooner. We when left we alerted them of the smell and they responded back that they had found a bucket of bait under the condo from the previous renter causing the...

"The house was clean, and had a cute Beachy vibe. It was decorated very modern, and had plenty of space. I’m walking distance to the Fulton Pier and many of the local restaurants. The Port Aransas Pass Ferry was a short drive, which made getting to Port Aransas Beach an easy commute. I recommend taking the Ferry instead of driving. We did both! We visited both The Fulton Irish Pub and the Boiling Pot, and the food was excellent. Great place to stay!"
