The staff was very friendly and helpful, we even ate at 10pm when we first arrived and they were kind and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Beautiful and quiet location, parking (very important if you have a rental), friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in the best spot to reach in both directions: to Amalfi on one side, or to Positano and Sorrento on the other side. There is a buss station steps from the hotel entrance and few really good restaurants close by. We will chose it again when we travel this way!"

We were upgraded ( without us even asking) to a superb room with a wrap around view of the bay with a spacious balcony. Staff ( from the reception are to the chamber maids) were all outstanding and gracious. The breakfast buffet was excellent and delicious. The terrace has fabulous views of the bay and Mt Vesuvio. We enjoyed a truly memorable tasting menu in the Caruso Restaurant."

The only down side I would say is that you cannot bring outside food or drink because they would have to separate everything out for disposal- from my understanding.
