「Clean room, quick service and fair price 」

「i'd like to recognize Lawrence at the breakfast time. Although we did not partake of any of the food because we had our own, he was very accommodating, personable, and very welcoming. The biggest sushi we had there is the first room we were given was not made up so they sent us to another one which was fine… And then 4:30 in the morning the telephone went off with a message, which was not able to attain. When I went to the front desk and asked about it, she said… Oh yeah all of the messages go...

「Room was clean and comfortable only thing was Wrong size sheets on king bed they kept pulling off Queen fitted sheet and a full flat sheet Breakfast was juice or coffee No other items provided Convenience to 95 」

「The hotel is in a convenient location to our weekend activities. The staff were all lovely and made the stay as comfortable as possible.」

「Went for breakfast and every table was dirty and the food counter. Worker was too busy on her phone and eating in the kitchen. Workers from the construction site are housed here and parking is crazy. We’ve stayed here many times but now it’s time to find a new place. Area has gotten well overdeveloped.」

「The room was very clean and comfortable . The bathroom was a good size. I wish there were a few handicap grips to hold on to. I don’t think it’s too safe to have the shower door open both ways with nothing to grab on too. I have a bad knee and lost balance and went to grab into the shower door and hurt my other leg. But other than that our stay was fine.」

「They did not have breakfast, they had cereal, bread for toast and some juice type drinks. The room was clean luckily but exterior (including doors to rooms) was in very poor condition. 」

「As soon as you walk in, you see the brightness and difference in the lobby compared to other hotels. Room was clean, shower was great, staff was friendly, 24 hour coffee or tea, they had white boards hanging outside the elevator that gave ideas for restaurants, things to do. A nice touch was the TV in our room said Welcome Judi. Definitely will be back.」

「Very poor front desk service」

「Our rooms were on the back side of the facility, and the Hwy was right behind it. They need to replace the windows with a noise control window. During our stay, it sounded as if the vehicles were driving through our room. Our room also smelled like fish. On the cabinet one of the doors was missing, the remote control did not have a cover over the batteries, the floors were sticky. I was not satisfied with the facility at all. Our first and last time staying at a Wood Spring facility.」

「We had to change rooms 3 times!!! The first room we were given a key to was Occupied!! The second room, the fan in the bathroom sounded like a jet running!!! The 3rd room ..the refrigerator didnt work..it was Horrible!」
