"Great location opposite the Royal Exchange/St Anne's Square, on the less-busy part of Cross Street between the Arndale/Market Street shopping and Albert Square/Town Hall. Everything from a Gregg's to Harvey Nichols (and tram interchanges) within a few minutes' walk. Very new/fresh/modern feel throughout with three fast lifts for 7 floors. Nothing tired or worn. Friendly, efficient and helpful reception and house-keeping staff. Well-designed/thought-out room, clean, compact rather than cramped...

"Very convenient to Piccadilly Station and the tram terminus, as well as a variety of cafés and restaurants. The hotel provides a good breakfast and the front desk service is friendly and efficient. The one small inconvenience was that the hotel wifi could only be accesses from the lounge and mobile data was not available either, at least from the rear facing rooms. "
