"Let’s start off with check in…it’s easy. Your reservation is held for you and upgrades are offered when available for purchase. A great offer. You are at an older hotel…get over it. It’s beautiful and is walkable to downtown Kailua. ABC is across the street. You will have one of three towers. The lagoon, Alii and the Bay. The pool is amazing and the view is what you are paying for, totally awesome. Parking: easy. Your room key gets you in and out. It’s self parking. Your room will have a balcony and a table and chairs. If you are an early riser you need to hit breakfast early to save time and not be in line. 6:45 latest. Happy hour is at 4. If there is entertainment that evening I recommend getting a table at 3:45-4 If you are lucky to be waited on by Amy she’s amazing and by far your largest resource is a guy named Forest.
