Hotel staff were very friendly and kind and made our stay so comfortable.
One thing that was a little annoying was the floor that was partly not flat.
Also shower head was old-fashioned. It would be much easier to control water volume and direction with a new shower head.

My first visit became very special thanks to this hotel and its neighbourhood. The hotel stuff are helpful and I especially liked their uplifting energy and smiles in the morning.
The room was everyday kept really clean and neat, the AC controller was a little bit tricky sometimes, but since the weather was comfortable enough in this season I didn't mind.
Great exterior and interior, lovely breakfast at the restaurant on the first floor and the best location to head out to the town centre...

I had a wonderful experience during my first stay in New York.
The location was great, and having complimentary coffee and water, as well as free access to the laundry facilities and gym, was incredibly convenient and helpful.
The room was a little dated, but it was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and the hot water worked perfectly, so I didn’t experience the usual stresses you sometimes encounter when staying at hotels overseas.
