We are so glad we chose this hotel for our last night in Tokyo. Fantastic staff. Room was spacious with good amenities. Great bed. Blackout shades. Very quiet despite being on a busy street. Just a block away from the nearest train station, and free shuttle to the airport (Haneda).

First stayed in Hotel Metropolitan Kawasaki in 2024, only knowing it was near the train station. Stayed again in 2025 knowing what I know now — and will certainly stay here again in the future. 1 min. from the underground station and 1 stop to Haneda Airport terminal 3 . Very convenient for early flight , nice italian restaurant ang good food.

I loved this little gem of a hotel. The staff is lovely and the hotel is affordable and really clean. The walls are also super thick so you don’t hear the baseball games that might happen across the street. I also loved the location. The street is quiet but metro close and so many places walkable. A quiet area away from the busiest of Tokyo. Transportation is accessible by walking. Staff was pleasant, kind and accommodating! Self check in through the kiosk was a straightforward and seamless process. The staff at the receptionist counter were of course there to assist with any questions or concerns. We had a wonderful stay at Grand Bach. The rooms were unique, quiet, comfortable and clean, and the black out blinds were a lifesaver for helping us get over jet lag. The close walk to great shopping, bars and restaurants was another huge plus. Will be back!

Great amount of space for the 3 of us in a Tokyo hotel. Loved the area a step away from the crowds on a quiet local street with great bars and restaurants to choose from.

Great visit!

Great find near Shinagawa and Sengakuji stations. Staff super helpful and pros. Would like more variety on the breakfast buffet. Luckily the Shinagawa station has the Atre’ with more options. Offers you access to the Shinkansen and Best Buy walking distance would stay here again as it’s a short train stopfrom Haneda

I am a Travel Agent and visit lots of properties. Upon entering The Millennials Shibuya I was greeted by a contemporary and hip ambiance. The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the unique "Smart Pod" experience. The pods, were comfortable, functional, and allowed for privacy. There was a sense of community and social interactions.

Compact as you’d expect in Tokyo area but jam packed with all the essentials. Location is great being steps away from the subway station and a 10 min walk from Shinagawa Station.(direct Narita Express train from the international airport) There is also a convenience store right around the corner as well as a grocery store near by. They offer a breakfast buffet for a fee as well. We made this hotel our home for 3 days, but would have been pretty comfortable even for a week. We will keep this...

This was a well-maintained hotel with wonderful staff. The room itself was lovely and has great amenities. The 3 twin room was surprisingly spacious for 3 people. The on-premises restaurant was great too. The location is quiet and spacious which is a nice change from the surrounding metro area. It is literally next to a train station so transit is a breeze. My only real complaint is that the laundry facility was too small. There were often 2 hour lines of folks waiting to get loads...

Beautiful, convient and quiet place to stay.

This is a fantastic hotel in a great location. The hotel itself is new so everything was pristine and modern. It is a business hotel so expect the rooms to be small - there was enough space to open a couple suitcases on the floor, but we had to keep them closed up most of the time to feel comfortable moving around.
