「If you are looking for a place to sleep, this place is ok. No place to sit down or put anything down. Just a bed and an old beat up tiny side table. Refrigerator is tiny, needed to be cleaned and defrosted. Stains in the bathroom ceiling tiles and the smell of Marijuana at night. Hot plate and microwave present but did not use. The entryway and stairs were dirty and could use a coat of paint and trim. The beach was the highlight and a very short walk. Definitely not worth the $$$ we paid.」

「This place is a hidden gem! My buddy and I had to travel from Florida for work, after staying at some of the hotels we decided to try this property and what a breath of fresh air! The host is incredibly accommodating as I’ve had to extend my stay a few times and am extremely thankful for them! If you are ever in the area absolutely stay here, you won’t regret it, and the downtown area is perfectly located. Thankyou guys again for all the help and assistance!!!」

「The property management team that manage this room were very responsive and attentive. The room was very clean, accommodating, renovated and thoughtful. Comfortable bed and liked having control of A/C or Heat and an extra space heater. Having an updated bathroom and full kitchen was great. The only complaint that I had, that wouldn’t give my stay 5 stars, is the television was not working/connecting to the WiFi to stream any channels. WiFi was spotty for one day as well. 「The owner was very polite in his emails and answered all my questions promptly. The room was clean and well-maintained. They provided detergent and other items so I didn't have to buy them. When I ran out of toilet paper towards the end of my 8-day stay, they sent me a roll when I asked. It was very helpful. I didn't have any particular problems during my stay. I had a comfortable stay. If my daughter would participate in the world scholar’s cup at Yale University next year, I will choose this...
