「The rooms were clean . The vie and location were excellent .」

「Excellent hotel, brilliant experience.」

「Good breakfast nice staff」

「The breakfast was amazing, the room was spacious and close to the Funchal centre, staff was very helpful. Just wish the pool was open later than 7 pm. Otherwise it was a beautiful property and very well managed.」

「The location and views were amazing, but unfortunately, several aspects of our stay were disappointing. There was an overwhelming smell of vinegar in the room, and the patio was covered in ants, which really detracted from the experience. We were also shocked to discover that pool towels cost €10. Charging guests extra for something as basic as a pool towel feels unreasonable and left a poor impression. We can’t comment on the breakfast itself, as we had to check out before 7 a.m. We did,...

「I liked the breakfast very much and the location was very convenient. Only thing is that I couldn't swim at all. It would be good if you could install a system to make the water warmer.」

「Loved this stay. Quaint little village.」

「動くのに便利でした。オーシャンビューではなかったのですが、日中殆どホテルに居なかったので、特に問題はありませんでした。朝食も充実していました。」

Also whilst getting dressed in the room a gardener walked across our balcony which was very uncomfortable as the curtains are black outs so need to be left open. On the second morning we thought would have our tea standing by the balcony railings so we could see the...

「The hotel is centrally located in Funchal close to the mall, grocery store and the boardwalk. The kitchen is great with a full fridge to store snacks and water. The restaurant downstairs offer a fantastic lunch for great price of 12 euro. The included breakfast is awesome with a great al la carte section breads, cheese and fruit. All staff was great but Kaitalin was fabulous and created a beautiful driving tour for us along the coastline!」

「The food was very interesting. Some overcooked. There were ants in the dessert. We often resorted to the restaurants along the pier. They also forgot to put my birthday amenity until after we arrived but all in all the hotel was beautiful and had a very scenic view to gaze upon the mountains, oceans and sunsets. I wish it was closer to Funchal as it’s 40 minutes away and quite expensive to frequently travel to. The area is quite limited with activities so having a shorter stay would’ve been a...
