「Alles hat mit Eingangscodes funktioniert, sodass man keinen Schlüssel bei sich tragen musste. Die Kommunikation und der Service war gut. Hatten einen kleinen Defekt, welcher innerhalb weniger Stunden repariert wurde. Die Ausstattung des Appartements reicht vollkommen aus. Die Messer könnten erneuert werden」

「If you want to be an easy walking distance to the market, the seaside, great restaurants, the cable car, etc., you cannot find a better apartment than this one in Zona Velma! It is a simple apartment that was comfortable and clean. Small kitchen for preparing simple meals. Sea view from kitchen window. Nice balcony with a pretty street view. I did not find the street very noisy. I would recommend this apartment for a great Funchal experience! 」

「The apartment is conviently located to Lido promenade with 3 beaches near by, Forum shopping store, bus stops, only 30 min to city centre. The size of the flat ok for two people. It's was clean and tidy, well equipped. The mattress is firm with cotton sheets. Where are enough of bath and beach towels. Washing machine is also very handy. 「The apartment is very well located, right in the center of Funchal. It has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, well equipped kitchen and good bathroom. The beds can be arranged together or separately, which is a nice feature if you are traveling with friends/family or as a couple. Only complaint which has nothing to do with the apartment itself is that the airport transfer we booked at the end of the trip (through the check-in and check-out process of the condo) did not show up and they did not answer the emergency phone number. Very quiet in the evenings. The shower is large but due to the set up the water does spill over as there is no shower door. 「Nicely tucked away in a corner in the center of the city, close to everything. Loved the secret agent vibes of the place, coming to our floor from the elevator it took our tired brains a second to realize there were doors there at all 🤭 check in was easy and effortless, the place was clean and neat. The airing of the place could have been a bit better, but didn't hinder the experience. Perfect sized for an 'out all day' -kind of vacationer and the staff was very friendly and accomodating.」
