This delightful 140 m2 apartment offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. The perfect view of Funchal and the privileged perspective for the New Year's Eve fireworks are the highlights of this property.

It is located on the 3rd floor and has a lift access. Feel complimentary to use the private parking spot in the building.

There are two beautiful outdoor pools, perfect for guests to relax whenever they wish to use the terrace outside.

It is designed with vibrant living and kitchen areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutleries to make delicious meals.

Two bedrooms include a queen bed each, and the third has two single beds. All bedrooms are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

The two bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

With its stunning natural scenery, a fascinating mix of attractions, and vibrant nightlife, Funchal offers something for everyone. There are countless things to do and see, from the Monte Palace Madeira - a beautiful botanical paradise - to the CR7 Cristiano Ronaldo Museum, which pays homage to one of the world's greatest players.

The Casino da Madeira has the latest games and plenty of entertainment for those looking to try their luck. For a unique insight into the history of the island, visit the Madeira Story Centre, learn about the rich culture of Madeira, and discover the unique stories of its people.

Other attractions include the Jardim de Santa Luzia, Funchal-Monte Cable Car, and Blandy's Wine Lodge (formerly Adegas de São Francisco).

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. Downtown Funchal is 2 km away. There is also a supermarket 900 meters away and bakeries 200 meters away.

The nearest bus station, Antes Rua Virtudes, is just a 2-minute walk.

Madeira Cristiano Ronaldo Airport is a 19-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
