For our first visit to Madeira and in particular Funchal this compact apartment was in a perfect location, close to markets, shops, restaurants and transportation. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Our only observations (not complaints) were that whilst the bed was comfortable the pillows provided (2) were very soft and offered no support; there was only one mirror in the apartment (in the bathroom) a second in the bedroom area would have been useful and the only place to store/hang clothes was just inside the apartment door located in the kitchen dining area. We didn't cook on this trip but if you did then your clothes would have been tainted. Only a few points off perfect

It was in a very good location for shopping, public transport and close to the sea. Room was spacious for 2 and had all amenities you need for a self catering trip. We only had a couple of problems with the room; 1. The air conditioning unit kept making a load buzzing noise almost every hour which disrupted our sleep sometimes. 2. Upon arriving in the room it had a damp / smoke smell which we had to air out for a little while at the beginning.

**Modern apartment, Great Location and Views** The property is well-situated—perfectly walkable to most places—with truly lovely views that make it a pleasant base for exploring Madeira. The bed was comfy, and having kitchen facilities added great flexibility to the stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the experience feel warm and welcoming. A deeper clean would go a long way, especially when it comes to the floors, which could use more attention. A small but thoughtful addition like guest slippers would really enhance comfort, especially given the current state of the flooring. In short, it's a charming place with excellent potential—ideally located and warmly staffed—but just needs a bit more care in cleanliness to match the beauty of its surroundings.

Stayed in a room that hosted me and two friends. The location to check-in was close to the apartment and walkable. There are a lot of cute shops and restaurants that are walkable from this location. Communication through WhatsApp was very smooth with the host. There is an elevator so you don’t have to only rely on stairs to bring your luggage upstairs. All in all a good stay!

Fantastisk

Et særs komfortabelt opphold sentralt i Funchal. Stor og fin leilighet med alt en trenger av utstyr på kjøkkenet. God seng, aircondition og fint bad. Ved avreise til flyplassen kunne jeg bare gå noen få skritt ned til Mercado bussholdeplass og ta Aerobus derfra.
