"This place was PERFECT. The unit itself was so cute and so clean. It felt much like home from the start. It's location is hard to beat if you want the best of watching boats, hitting the beach, and access to food and nightlife. We didn't rent a car, and we didn't need to. Everything was right there. Vicky was great to work with, too. Two thumbs up here. We'll definitely be going back."

"Very nice property equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great vacation. Everything within short walking distance grocery, pharmacy, restaurants and beer wine and spirits shop. Vehicle is optional. Ocean Sands is an exceptionally well maintained property We would be remiss if I didn’t mention our hosts Ken & Marjorie who made a special effort to come to welcome us and make sure that we had everything we needed. You cannot go wrong with this rental."

"This place is fantastic! Location and views and breathtaking, everything you could want from a beach vacation! The property itself was spotless and had everything we needed and more. Only small recommendation is that we couldn’t see an iron….. but at the beach who really needs one!"

"Wow where do we even begin. The place was filthy! Sand everywhere, crumbs and sand on the couch. Our socks were black after walking two feet in the door. There was absolutely no wifi for our unit. The tv in the bedroom did not work at all. The shower head barely worked, most of the holes were clogged. I know I wasn’t getting a 5 star place but that was pretty bad. The place smelt like cigarettes and marijuana. The door code did not work and remained not working despite calling twice about wifi...

"My wife and I booked this stay to celebrate a life accomplishment and share it with close family. The property was close to the beach, accommodated the number of family joining us, comfortable, well stocked with beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, kitchen necessities…everything we needed! The property owner was in touch for check in and ensured all was good for us. The parking was great as was the outdoor amenities like the tiki bar and outdoor shower. The sleeping accommodations were nicely appointed. To keep it honest, the mattresses were harder than we all were used to. The kitchen utensils and appliances seemed quite modern as did the washer and dryer. Great way to celebrate and spend time at beautiful Madeira Beach."
