「Our family of 12 spent two weeks during the Christmas holidays in this home and we all enjoyed and loved every inch of this place. The rooms are comfortable. There is more than enough space for big groups to enjoy both together and apart. The adults and the kids alike loved the mini golf, pool tables and the fire pit. The arcade game was a hit. What a breathtaking view particularly on New Year’s Eve! We highly recommend this home.」

「The estate was more beautiful in person. The property manager was very helpful and responded to all our questions. The estate was perfect for our whole family ranging from 21-92 years of age. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for casual dining and the chef's kitchen was incredible for our dinners. The movie room and kids room downstairs worked great for all the cousins. We had yoga classes on the lawn and had a tequila presentation in the beautiful bar area. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy...

「Everything about our stay at AVAS was perfect. The place is beautifully decorated and perfectly designed to enhance a stay in Santa Cruz. Every amenity is thoughtfully provided and of above average quality. The walk to the beach is easy, and the view from the deck is outstanding. The only problem we encountered was having to depart after only a week’s stay. 」

「My wife and I had a great stay. The place was clean and well stocked with the basic necessities. Host provided a welcome basket with water and snacks and kept in contact with check-in and check-out information. Resort was very quiet and the grounds were well maintained with walking paths to the cliffs for great sunsets and down to the beach. We will be back. Thank you!」
