"WiFi was included, but only worked in the lobby and dining room, not in our room. There is a fee for everything. I am disabled, but there was 400 peso fee (about $3.80) to sit in a chair by the pool, ( I didn’t swim). After a bit of protest, they gave me a plastic chair to sit in. Staff was friendly. ..."

"The place is so horrible, so many working girls on the hotel lobby and it is not clean at all , I have a little bit of coffee that I wiped they changed me 850 php .. and you can hear your next room neighbor there isn’t any sound proof and not much of a room to move around .. near the entrance there ..."

"All 5 bathrooms were overflowing? Poor plumbing issues never addressed, rooms smells bad. The sad thing is that it’s known to the owners and all they can say is sorry. Unacceptable! Take it out of the rental market, fix the issue! Money grab!"
