Theres no wifi. At all. Like it doesnt exist. Every single thing in the room is broke. The doors, chairs, table, shower, air. Everything. Its all broken. Host is rude. Communication is terrible. Room is terrible and dirty. Dont stay here.

I like Lipa City very much although the traffic can be terrible sometimes. There is some good shopping. I often go to nearby Padre Garcia to visit family. I have visited nearby Lake Taal and volcano which is a great adventure and also visiting Lobo

Lipa is a very crowded busy city downtown. The traffic can be terrible and take a long time getting across town either in car, jeepney or tricycle. Staying at Mount Malarayat was nice relief from the city.
