「Mostly this is a dive resort. I booked online without really checking the location. It's actually Sabang I think, and requires a tricycle or jeepney ride from Puerto Galera, and another short trip to Sabang. Check in at Reception was easy, staff were friendly. Reception is located by the bar and restaurant area, which is open, with a view. The hotel is built on a hill. My room was at the bottom of the hill and it's a serious climb back to the top. A bit steep. The room was nice. Fairly new....

「There was no towels, no soap, no tissue paper. The pool was absolutely filthy. The shower didn't work at all. They moved us rooms which at least it helped that. There is no restaurant. There is no snack bar. There is nothing to eat. They said go down the road. There is a restaurant. It was closed. My Filipino wife got herself some soup at a nearby canteen and we brought it back to the hotel and asked for a bowl and our first answer was oh we don't have those until I kept asking the right...

「Good access to the beach. There is security guarding the entrance to the beach. There are a lot of people with children, so adults can't use the pool and jacuzzi to relax. The restaurant is average. I was asked to pay extra for ice. Amenities are poor. Only a small pack of shampoo and a small bar of soap. The staff was kind and the stay was relaxing.」

「It has potential but some of the areas were not available not because it’s unfinished but they make it open only for private function. (Ei:Mini Japan) The employees are kind and friendly but the staff at their Amare Restaurant wasn’t so helpful and friendly m. The rooms are nice but some areas are unclean most especially the swimming pool which is so important that they should keep clean. There are too much mosquitoes as well! They need to do something with that. The water in the room has issues...

「My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Chateau Bleu Resort in Calamba, Laguna. The staff were attentive, the rooms were spotless, and the pool and hot springs were fantastic.
