「Paid parking. We were quoted higher than the posted parking price. Roaches in the room, and difficulty contacting the person in charge of our room. We refused to stay in the condition we found the room in, and were refused a refund. I absolutely will never go to this place again! Pool is closed Mondays as well. Worst experience ever.」

「Our room had several small roaches and two large roaches, the shower only have cold water, and the bidet in bathroom did not work. We asked for a different room if one was available, and the management was kind enough to accommodate us, which was had a better shower and bidet, but the main room still had several small roaches. There several small convenience stores and restaurants in the complex if you need anything. There is a large and very nice pool, however, be prepared to pay a fee to...

In their website is a joke don’t believe the amenities is included if you book a room with them but in person you are not allowed to use the swimming pool.If you wanna swim they ask you to pay per head. The room is not clean the bed frame is broken the kitchen stuff is dirty more in more…. #never again to these place 」

「The photos says it all. The place is great for the price, nice view on other angle of taal lake. It also felt like home away from home.😍 Ann was very accomodating and kind. Her place is very neat and linens are clean and smells good too. And if you’re planning to cook your own food, better buy ahead all your needs before going there unless you bring your own car.
