「More expensive than other places we stayed in. No guest welcome kits/supply. We came in and the room was super hot. The A/C was not turned on. It took a while before we got comfortable. Poor communication. And again, more expensive!」

「It's a scam. We went there 4 hours drive and found out no room. We tried to contact the owner and he gave the wrong number. We messaged thru expedia but no response. Expedia agents cant contact them also. It was a very terrible experience」

「The unit was spotless upon arrival—super clean and well-maintained, which made settling in so easy. The listing was 100% accurate, so there were no surprises, and everything matched the description and photos perfectly. Customer service was also top-notch—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. While some of the building amenities were under construction during my stay, it honestly didn’t impact my experience at all because everything else was so great. Highly recommend!」

「The condo was nice and clean, but the main problem is the pool situation because you must pay but the bad part about it. You had to do it in G cash. And most people who travel to the Philippines won’t have access to that. Far as the location, it will be perfect if you have a car or a rental car. 「The photos says it all. The place is great for the price, nice view on other angle of taal lake. It also felt like home away from home.😍 Ann was very accomodating and kind.
