Musste Zimmer tauschen da alles defekt war. Check in war mühsam. Zu viele Vorschriften. Um den Pool zu benutzen musste man 2 mal im Tag 250 peso’s pro Person bezahlen. Davon stand nichts bei der Buchung.

Hochhaus-Refugium in brodelnder Umgebung
Einfache Apartment mit Blick auf den großen Innenhof mit aufgeschütteten Strand am Swimmingpool. Für den Preis akzeptabel. Internet funktioniert gut. Die Übergabe muss vorher telefonisch verabredet werden, wie bei gemieteten Apartments in den Philippinen üblich. Die Anlage ist ein Komplex von Hochhäusern, die eine schöne Anlage umschließen.

Cockroaches and bedbugs! Ipis at surot.
The unit was in deplorable condition. Cockroaches and bedbugs! The refrigerator was very dirty and the toilet was not clean. We left in the middle of the night on the first night because it was so terrible.

Paid parking. We were quoted higher than the posted parking price. Roaches in the room, and difficulty contacting the person in charge of our room. We refused to stay in the condition we found the room in, and were refused a refund. I absolutely will never go to this place again! Pool is closed Mondays as well. Worst experience ever.

Although the unit owner was prompt replying to our text/email messages, the unit was not maintained well for guests to stay. It was not clean when we arrived, we had to ask to clean the unit again especially the bathroom. Roaches were visible, I won’t recommend this unit to any guests.

Although the owner of the unit was prompt in replying to our text messages, the unit itself was not that great. The unit was not cleaned when we first arrived, we asked to clean the room again. The unit was not maintained for guests to stay. It had so many roaches. I won’t recommend this unit to any guests.

I regret to inform you that my experience with this property was extremely unsatisfactory. The check-in process proved to be quite laborious, as I found myself waiting for the proprietors to assist me for a full 30 minutes after my arrival. Upon entering the room, I was met with a disheartening sight - it was in a state of severe disarray, and the toilet had not been properly cleaned. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor permeating the space, and the air conditioning unit was not functional. As a result, I had no choice but to vacate the premises and seek accommodations elsewhere. To make matters worse, the property management refused to refund my payment. Furthermore, the online pictures of the property proved to be a complete fabrication, leading me to conclude that they were deliberately misleading. Given these circumstances, I cannot in good conscience recommend this property to anyone. It would be wise to steer clear of it.

OK room but bad pool Experience
Avoid this resort scam!
Room is OK but the pool have different opening hours where you have to pay again, again and again.
Not all pools are available since some are only for resident.
Far away from any real good place to visit so Grabs are very hard to find.

I am so disappointed in my stay at azure, I checked-in with my family for my child to enjoy the swimming pool but we were not able to use the pool because it is close for maintenance. also the contact person is hard to reach from check in until we checked out.

The host went way, and beyond his means of communicating with us. He was very helpful with the check in, and out process I couldn’t ask for any Better from a host!

It is a nightmare to check in and check out of this place. The mall is not so close as it seems. The traffic is a mess so it’s so difficult to get a grab or taxi. When you book the place it says pool but did not state that you will pay extra. You get charged 250 pesos per person to use the pool. The place is very expensive and so tiny. I’m not writing a bad review I’m just stating the facts.

Dirty room in paradise
I have stayed at the Azure resort before in another unit and overall the property is nice and convenient. Unfortunately, this unit was not up to the standards of the resort. I should clarify that because of a scheduling conflict I was moved to unit 1104 in another building. I was told it was an upgrade. If that is true I feel sorry for the people in the unit I booked because the one I was in had a lot of deferred maintenance and was filthy. There was a fly problem that appeared to originate from the bathroom, every surface, appliance and window in the unit needed to be cleaned and I couldn't even be sure the linens on the bed were changed after the prior guest. Additionally the room was not serviced while we were there (no new towels, no beds made, no cleaning of the bathroom). If you are going to charge hotel rates you should provide hotel services. Adding insult to injury, there was a penalty fee for everything (see attachment. sorry for the poor quality pic.) and the WiFi was slow.
I'll return to Azure but I will not be booking with this provider ever again.

There were roaches crawling up and down the walls . The air conditioner would make very loud noises when it kicked in every 1.5 minutes. Owner was impossible to deal with. We had to leave early because of theae situations(3am). From day one he was 1hr late in meeting us as well he couldnt be found by his own staff.

The tower has no convenience store that you can buy basic need such as water. It is far from any other establishment. You will need a mobile car to go to point B. Traffic is the main hassle in this area.
