「I booked this hotel thru expedia for the wrong date mistakenly. I made the booking on 9/12/26 at 10pm for what i thought was the 13th to the 14th. I accidentally booked it for the 12th the same day. I tried to cancel seconds later it wouldn't let me. I called the hotel they told me to speak to expedia. Expedia told me they spoke to the hotel and they will not give a refund. I think that's terrible business to keep the money and not refund it and i was trying to cancel within the first 5 minutes...

「So much hair under the bathroom door it was disgusting to see. Never, have I ever, seen a room like that before. The stench of chemicals to hide something, mold or mildew, was unbearable. We physically could not stay in there. This place needs an overhaul, management and staff too. O stars」
