The pool was great but if you are bringing your kids to use the water slide make sure they are 48inchs tall or they cant use it found out the hard way and my son was very disappointed.the web site does not have this information when booking.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this property at all costs. This is not a hotel it feels more like a cheap motel. The room was absolutely unacceptable and clearly not properly cleaned. The bed felt dirty, and the sheets didn’t smell fresh. There was someone’s hair on the bathroom counter, the shower ...

Comfort Suites London
The toilet was clogged when we got there and they just brought me a plunger to plunge it myself because it was after 6pm and there was no maintenance person on site at that time. The ventilation system was also very loud and we had trouble sleeping because of it.
