"We loved our stay! The gentleman at the front (Rob) was really personable and knowledgeable! We will definitely be back!"

"The amenities are great and the look of the hotel is beautiful. The staff was unfriendly and sometimes rude. There was also a huge group (over 40) of kids that were running the halls and fighting resulting in the police being called. Staff was not helpful in that incident and even ignored the calls made to the front desk to report what we were seeing. "

"I was travelling solo, felt extremely safe at the Royal Sonesta. Very well connected for any tours/restaurants/bars, all mostly in walking distance. Was not happy with my room initially and the front desk upgraded me at no extra charge. Amazing hospitality, would definitely stay here again!"
