"Plenty of parking great staff offered breakfast which was great!"

"Requested a non-smoking room which was verified by the desk clerk. Room smelled like cigarettes. Door looked like it had been kicked in before and was somewhat fixed but it was not completely sealed, allowing in humid air from outside. Sink faucet was damaged and wouldn't turn properly. Restroom floor was a little dirty. There was a stain on the bench in the restroom area that we avoided entirely. Bed was clean. Went to try the offered breakfast on our second morning and was greeted by cereal with no milk. Other than that, there were just slices of bread and English muffins. We did not attend breakfast for the rest of our stay. The exterior of the building was well kept and staff was always helpful and available. Parking lot felt safe with several cameras. On site laundry was convenient. For the price, it was alright but I would not return knowing all the other properties available in the area."

"We were pleasantly surprised that there was a hot tub as we did not see it noted when we booked our room. We loved the pool and hot tub! There were helpful hallway signs to make navigating the resort easier. The room was clean and the food was delicious; however, at a late dinner (8:45pm) and breakfast (9am) the service was very slow to order 2 salads and pancakes and fruit. At both meals, there were only up to 4 other tables with guests so it was definitely not a busy time of day. Kelly at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming. She was knowledgeable and didn’t hesitate to make our stay more enjoyable."
