The Best hotel clean room the staff very friendly aww they make your day, very kind people, The rooms are very spacious, complete, and new, with a large TV with all the premium channels, I loved the buffet breakfast….All areas of this hotel were completely clean with a pleasant aroma. This was a non smoking facility. The room they game me was awful. As soon as I entered the room you could smell cigarette smoke. I found cigarette ash left behind. When I went back to the front desk and explained the situation and asked for a different room, her response was that there werent any more rooms available. The manager overheard and immediately found 3 empty rooms for me to look at to move to. She flat out lied and expected myself and my 10 year old to stay in smoke.

It was convenient for an overnight stay after visit nearby Childress Vineyards. Shopping and dining options close by as well. Staff very friendly. Could tell there had been upgrades to this older property but rooms were clean and very spacious. Bed was comfy. Overall, we enjoy our stay.
