Property room was clean with neatly made bed and floors bath shampoo, conditioner and body gel dispenser was mounted to bathroom counter instead of shower. Caulking around tubs cracking some and pulling away. “Continental breakfast” was lacking had cereal, bread and coffee. No juice, no eggs. Felt cheated by their advertisement

Good clean rooms and comfortable beds. Mediocre lighting in the room. Minimal amenities. Good buffet breakfast but pricey at $18 per person. Thoughtless and lazy hotel managers. Billing daily items at the hotel store takes forever! A few items don’t have prices on their computer system! Parking is not reserved for hotel guests so sometimes you don’t get a free parking spot. The hotel management doesn’t seem to care. Very disappointed!! ☹️🤦♀️☹️

Nov 14, 2019Trying to get an uber back to our hotel after the game was nearly impossible, and if you were able to, it would cost over $50 for a 6 min ride. The streets were closed, and the Hilton & Hyatt, which were the 2 closest hotels where we exited the stadium, was only allowing registered guests to enter, so we couldn’t get a bite to eat while we waited for the crowd to die down. We ended up walking to a remote area, and paying a premium for an uber X, costing us $93 (incl tip) to get back to our hotel. The stadium itself was amazing!
