「I liked the ease of check-in and check-out. The room was clean, but the paint on the walls was dingy with stains, and in need of a fresh coat. The furniture is all very old and dated, but perfectly functional. The beds were comfortable enough, but the pillows need an update. 「Room was great - clean, comfortable and well decorated. However, air conditioner was too loud and fire door in hallway which was access to/from another section of building was always slamming shut when used. Hard to sleep well.」

「My wife and I loved our hotel room, complimentary breakfast, roomy and clean bathroom and shower area, very comfortable, clean beds, very friendly and helpful staff all around from the front desk, house keeping, kitchen staff and the location is superb in that it is close to Peteosky, Bay Shore and downtown Charlevoix. So, I must whole heartedly recommend to everyone who wants to pick an excellent place to stay, it would be here.」
