The condo is in a residential building, but from our experience, many of the people there were vacationers (but not partiers). It's set in a sort of planned village with lots of shops and pretty, scenic views. Unfortunately, the village was a little deserted in April when we went, but the restaurants, while expensive, were delicious with great service.
The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The kitchen had all the supplies needed to cook, and bedroom had a very comfortable king size bed. The property owner was very very responsive when we had questions. We never heard our neighbors.
The location is a little remote. We used this as a jumping off point for hiking, and that worked well. The only issue was that getting supplies at Target or going to Starbucks is about a 15 minute drive one wat. Not a deal breaker at all, though.
