"Security guard and golden nugget team were helpful in my mistake of walking away from a machine thinking I had my ticket and did not . You all helped see that someone took it and cashed it , but I can’t prosecute due to I live in Orlando. So I hope that person is happy . What goes around comes around. So thanks for helping . I had a good time and will recommend the golden nugget."

"Service is always outstanding, room was newly remodeled. No ice machine on our floor but that was the worst of it. AC was extremely cold which was surprising for how hot it was for the days we visited. Bell hop and valet very courteous and friendly. Definitely going back."
