Newly renovated home. 3 bedroom pool hot tub house close to the strip. House is 10 min drive and is located in the green valley portion of town. Close to the freeway and tons of shopping and restaurants. Home has BBQ and eat in kitchen if that what you chose. WiFi Roku in every bedroom with Netflix. Cable in living and master. Had an amazing stay!
Donald was great and his place was amazing. He worked with us and was so helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.. close to the strip and anything you'd need. The pool was so amazing thank you for all the accomodations!

Very good and affordable location approx. 15-20 min Uber ride to the convention center. Very helpful owner.

Great Location for us
Value property with prompt communication with Property owner. Living room furniture way past due for replacement and I believe in process. Great WiFi and TV hookups. Quite very safe location

CLOSE TO THE CITY BUT FAR ENOUGH AWAY
We came to Vegas to get married, HAD to bring the dog. This place was perfect! Just as advertised. Cozy hot tub, fenced yard, gas grill, quiet neighborhood, clean garage, washer/dryer... We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only complaint is that is was late November and a bit too chilly for swimming. Woof, woof woof -woof. (That's dogspeak for I want to go back!) THANK-YOU, IT WAS GREAT!

Great place, highly recommended!
We had a great stay with a group of 5. We were able to cook meals for all with the amply supplied kitchen. The pool and hot tub were great, and the beds were comfy. Best to communicate with the host via phone call or text message it seems. Pretty much a perfect stay, just as advertised.
