No extra guests allowed if not on reservation. Absolutely no party. Reservation will be cancelled with no refund and $3,000 fine. Read everything in house rules before booking.

Host double booked and left us hanging

We had the BNB reservation and paid for, yet the host double booked us and left us in a bad spot, communication with them was very poor and extremely stressful.We were forced to get a 270 dollar hotel and were never notified about any check inWe are hoping the host makes it right and reimburse us before we need to hav are lawyer get involved,Planning to drive by the property and see if it’s a scam so others will know to not rent this property
