"This hotel has seen better days. Check in was slow. Thank goodness the staff is great or the
marks would be lower. The place smells terrible and even on the 20th floor, sleeping was difficult due to the smoke smell. Toilet was running all the time. Paying a cheep price gets you a cheep experience. The staff was great!!!!"

"Great looking property but surprised by some shortcomings: 1) room hadn’t been properly cleaned when we arrived and every day there were noticeable things missed during cleaning, 2) even with extra “resort fee” WiFi only covered 2 devices, 3) no fridge or coffee maker in room, 4) parkade exit is well known for malfunctions and indeed took 20 minutes for Uber to get out, 5) swimming pool was dirtier than expected. "
