"Was getting charged for wi-fi, the sheets were not change my staff while getting room clean, and the pool was closed horrible and I tried to get a non connecting room and was told I could not get a room and I could not sleep was too anxious that someone would come in through the connecting side… ask for a suite but could not get a discount at all for the incovience "

"Since we arrive to the hotel the service was horrible and the elevator is really bad we wait about an 1hrs to 2 hrs just to get in the elevator and the house keeping ever clean our room and we have to call them just to get clean towel so im not suggesting for people to stay here… "

"Great location, over 21 pool, fun vibe throughout and close to many restaurants and live music. Hotel room was ok, beds were comfortable, but there is just a hole in cabinet where mini frig used to be - weird. "
