"very nice stay, good place and surroundings"

"Hotellet er et golf-resort, der reklamerer med pool og roof-top bar. Poolen var virkelig lille og lugtede jordslået, så man havde ikke lyst at bade i den. Restauranten på stedet havde desværre en ret dårlig service og mad, der ikke levede op til den ellers flotte beskrivelse i menukortet. Det er en grill-restaurant og kødet var godt og vel tilberedt. Resten var skuffende og ekstremt salt. De tilbyder måske 30 forskellige gin tonic på kortet, men man følte ikke rigtig at bartenderen egentlig...

"The staff was very friendly and have really good service, even though English was a little bit difficult for them. We had the best pizza in Italy and the food and wine were really cheap. The view from the rooms were amazing."

"Everything good, room was lovley , parking simple, view amazing. Downside: the tv only in german no subtitles, the steam room opens late @1pm which is annoying for someone like me who starts day early. For luxury hotel nobody helped with luggage or offered. Breakfast $40/person. They need to offer free apples or something small for the non big meal breakfast eaters. "

"The hotel is about 20 - 25 minutes from Bolzano center, its in Collepietra, Trentino-Alto Adige. The room we had was spacious, as well as the bathroom, (we love the heated floor in the bathroom), comfortable bed and good wifi reception. The hotel has restaurant and own parking. The staff were all helpful and kind. "

"Fint hotell, våger å være annerledes 👌 litt myk seng for min smak men rent, kjølig og behagelig temperatur på rommet (varmt ute). Frokosten var litt liten, men gode og supert med lokale råvarer og produkter. Fikk veldig godt tips om restaurant av personalet, og veldig vakkert sentrum i Bolzano 🙂"

One of the best features of the hotel is its pool: it has a wonderful view on the mountains, it is “inside/outside,” heated and has a shallow kids pool section, it has a bar, and a wonderful sauna. "Bad experience trying to cancel my las night after 3 nights of staying due to my daughter getting injured skiing, but they didn’t even try to refund at least a part of the last night. I ask them in one night of advance. Had to leave the hotel and get her checked next day in the morning, so I think they are all about the money. "
