This place was great! Pretty central to everything and the staff were amazing! Extremely helpful and kind. They have snacks and water and coffee in the kitchen and a Dyson hair dryer. There is a laundromat right across the street if you need to do laundry.

Andrea was the perfect host. It was the perfect location that was just within walking distance to the activities in the plaza. The room was so modern and quite the experience. Extra bonuses for the community area with coffee and complementary snack snacks.

EXCELLENT STAY WHICH EXCEEDED EXPECTIONS

We had and excellent experience… felt almost like being at home. Andrea is and outstanding host in every aspect. Very nice, modern and tastefully renovated facilities. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Location next to old town is great, with Parking space if needed. Offered a common area with complementary hot/cold beverages plus a variety of snacks. Highly! I share the other' customers opinion of 5 stars for this little stucture The scenographic room was confortable and silent despite being in a certral busy street Downtown was easily reachable in a 5-10 minutes walk. Parking available in the close nearby was a little bit expansive but in line with the publiic parking lot pricing around. Overall a very relaxing abd pleasant stay

Unique and innovative

A really unique experience. Great location close to city centre. The room is beautifully appointed, with push button Controls for everything. Quite modern and high tech. Then there is a shared space with an excellent barrista machine for coffees and a fridge with water and snacks.

Neues Konzept ohne viel echten Kontakt. Wir waren davor in einem familiengeführten Hotel, wo wir vom Chef an der Rezeption begrüßt wurden, der sich Zeit für all unsere Fragen nahm. Hier empfängt einen eine mäßig freundliche Frau ohne Namen, die die ganze Zeit ins Handy starrt und einigermaßen Englisch und Deutsch spricht. Ihre ersten Worte waren, ich habe Ihnen gerade eine WhatsApp mit dem Zimmercode geschickt. Sie hat dann ihren Standard-Vortrag abgespult, was man beachten muss (kein Frühstück, aber abgepackte Snacks und Kaffee, welcher Lichtschalter für welches Licht, Handynummer für WhatsApp Nachrichten, wenn man Fragen hat etc). Insgesamt also kein herzlicher Empfang, dafür ist die Lage herausragend und das Zimmer war riesig, sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Alle Tiefgaragen Stellplätze 25 Euro pro Nacht mit E-Ladesäule. Wenn man keine Fragen hat und sich nicht willkommen fühlen möchte, ist es das ideale Konzept. Für mich war es zu kühl und unpersönlich.

Struttura nuova, comoda per l'utilizzo dei trasporti pubblici, comunque vicinissima alle zone più centrali di Bolzano, raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti. Andrea, il gestore, è un ragazzo gentile e sta portando avanti egregiamente questa attività. La struttura è self-service attraverso PIN, le camere sono nuove, ben tenute, e con le ultime tecnologie disponibili. Graditissimo anche lo spazio comune che permette di gestire in autonomia, e in qualsiasi orario, ogni bisogno legato a spuntini, semplici colazioni e bevande. E' certamente un luogo in cui vale la pena tornare in caso di nuovi soggiorni a Bolzano.
