Absolutely amazing experience — family run place with five star service. The staff were unbelievable and the breakfast the best ever! They accommodated my celiac issues without issue! Rooms and hotel and restaurant were all top notch.

This was a wonderful hotel in the heart of the Historic District of Bozen! The amenities, breakfast, and especially the staff were excellent. We especially appreciated Kiara who was very hospitable and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel and would certainly come back in the future.

The rooms were clean and spacious with beautiful details. Beds were comfortable. Shower was amazing. The location was perfect. The check in location was tricky to find- but if you go in the Meta Sky bar and all the way through to the back on the bar on the top floor you will find it. Or use the call button at the hotel entrance and they will come find you. For US guests be aware top sheets and wash cloths aren’t to be found - this seems to be the case in most of the places we stayed in Italy and Austria.

META suites is a gorgeous property that is smack in the center of old town Bolzano. It is adjacent to Piazza Walther (Walther Platz), truly you cannot get more central than this. The room was incredible and the bathroom amenities were top notch. The staff were all so lovely and professional, we really appreciate their kindness and help. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Bolzano, highly HIGHLY recommend.

Meta is one of the most beautiful and luxurious places I've ever stayed, from the sleek, modern decor to the designer bath products, I just can't say enough good things about our apartment! The staff was so kind and accommodating, even when we arrived late, and we were literally in the center of this beautiful town, living our best life. I want to come back here again and again! Also a shoutout to Inis, Sebastian and Anil (sp?) who took such good care of us at the Meta restaurant. This is a special place!

Perfect Vacation at the perfect Hotel

Where to start….everything was absolutely perfect and beyond my expectations. Great staff, first class linens, toiletries, comfortable bed with lovely pillows, triple pane windows and A/C so no noise from outside. The breakfast was incredible with everything you could possibly imagine on offer…pastries, eggs, cold cuts, cheese, fruit, salmon, etc. Walkable to everything…free transportation and gondola rides card. We will be back.

The staff were amazing when we checked in. She gave us a tour of the property and our room was beautiful. It had an amazing view of the church. She was so kind in walking us to where we will be coming from in the parking garage and showing us how to use the matching. The hotel is located in a perfect location. Close to the train station and the cutest town to walk around. Our only regret is only staying two days.

Fantastic suite in historical building! A true gem! This place alone is worth the travel to Bolzano. Fantastic terrance only for the guests. Enter through lovely flower shop. Luxuty suites. Super nice staff! And the old city quarters are really nice with lots of dining options!
