「Our experience at Hotel Steiner was unfortunately very disappointing. One of the main reasons we specifically chose this hotel was air conditioning, yet it did not work properly for a significant portion of our stay. Whenever we contacted the staff with a question or problem, they seemed unsure how to help and the response was almost always, “We will call you back.” To their credit, they usually did call back, but unfortunately the follow-up rarely provided an actual solution or a clear answer...

「Our room was on the small side, but with a nice balcony that allowed us to seat outside and enjoy the view. Breakfast was all great, except probably the scrambled eggs. But there were enough fruits, cold cuts, breads and cheeses to make it up for that.」

「Very nice hotel in Tramin. Easy access to the wine route. Great included breakfast. Staff are very helpful. Checkin is 3pm. If you are coming earlier, you should make prior arrangements. We showed up at 1300 just to drop off luggage and found all the doors locked.」

「la stanza, di generose dimensioni, era molto bella e dotata di ampi spazi. Eccellente la qualità di finiture e il confort del letto. Il balcone è stato un ulteriore elemento aggiuntivo di non poco conto. L'area SPA/Relax ci ha permesso di rigenerarci dopo le giornate a visitare posti meravigliosi. Anche la colazione è stata super e di ottima qualità... definire 3 stelle questo posto è assai riduttivo... ah.. in aggiunto garage coperto... soggiorno meraviglioso!!」

「terrible experience. Firstly we didn’t get robes and towels upon check in which meant we had to return for these from the red block to query about them. Apparently you need to ask for these! During check in, the woman was dealing with us at the same time as taking phone calls from quests and whilst this was great multitasking, it made check in less personal and may have been why she missed explaining things to us and providing us with a pool bag.
