「The front desk staff were friendly and answered all my questions and followed up on the 2 requests we had. The dining room staff were nice and on top of the buffet. The views were amazing the room had tons of space for the 4 of us, the balcony was great as was the bathroom. Only wish was to be able to lower the air conditioning a bit more but that's a cultural thing for us. A minor issue it was pretty comfortable in the room most times. We would definitely book here again no questions.

「Friendly staff, everything was spotless. We had the Braeburn suite and it had a lovely view of the valley and mountains. The room had a sauna which my husband really enjoyed. The hotel communal areas had a very pleasant scent of lemons. We took the half board option and the food was plentiful and tasty. We would definitely stay here

And the building is the most unique place I’ve ever stayed in, with an amazing rooftop view of Bolzano and the mountains.」
