"The hotel is satisfactory. First time i was told we cannot be upgraded because we booking is standard rooms type. Cannot have high floor, cannot have connecting rooms as their construction is such that the connecting room is with a suite type. If you do not mind all these, then the stay is fine. We must say, the buffet spread is fantastic. This hotel is well connected to 1 Utama Mall which is a huge mall with great spread of retail shops. During our short stay of 4 days could not finish browsing...
