"My husband and really I enjoyed our weeklong stay here, away from the crowds of Honolulu and Waikiki. Some people said they thought the resort was crowded, but we didn't find that true for us (we went in June). It was definitely worth the hour+ drive to stay on the North Shore. We loved all the hiking trails on the property with many "hidden" beaches all to ourselves (and a couple of turtles). We made use of the free bicycles as well, and they also have horses for those who want to ride. Our room/bathroom were spacious and comfortable, and the food at Beach House by Roy Yamaguchi was especially delicious. We hope to make the trip again someday! "

"The staff was wonderful, full of aloha spirit. The recreational area/pool was great and the lobby decor was pleasing. The planned activities and Tahitian dancers were fun and we learned about the Hawaiian and Polynesian cultures-which was very special. "

"Our family really enjoyed staying on the North Shore in this home. When contacted, Nadia was helpful and accommodating. One thing we didn’t realize was that the home had a separate condo above the garage and part of the home. Those who lived there were very respectful, we were just surprised the first night when we heard footsteps above us. This would not change our decision to stay here. It was just something we didn’t know. We also loved the backyard pool! And one of the neighbors had a band that played in the evening. It was wonderful to hear them enjoying themselves in such a beautiful place. The home had plenty of seating and space and everyone had a great time. We would love to go back!"

The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, making it the perfect base for our vacation.One of the highlights was the location. It’s just a short walk to the Ritz-Carlton, where we were able to enjoy their restaurants, spa, beach, and other resort activities—such a great perk! The shared grill area by the pool was also a nice touch for laid-back evenings.Just a heads-up for future guests: the third bedroom is more of an open balcony space rather than a fully enclosed room, but it works really well for kids and still felt private and cozy.Overall, we were very comfortable throughout our stay and truly enjoyed the accommodation! We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-located spot on the North Shore."
